Court records shows that, Micheal A.Brass a defendant who is accused of misconduct and mishandling the cremation of Mary Odessa Anderson. Family says they wasn’t informed about the whereabouts until one day The Gardens Creamatory called & apologized for the long hold and misinformation about the whereabouts of Mrs.Anderson ashes. The family says they been through the unthinkable since this tragedy happened and the disrespect of their family legacy has been greatly diminished by The Garden Crematory and Families First Funeral Services. Early court records show cases filed against Micheal Brass & his wife Shon-Tai M Burton who currently an Employee at U.S.C. In Los Angeles, California, both has been back and forth on multiple accusations of funeral home negligence and misconduct. The grandson of Mary Anderson says his memory of his grandmother is numb, dark, a lot of sadness and pain, also the non grievance of the family has traditional meaning destroyed by the actions of the two businesses. As we dig a little further into this story, we found out that still til date, neither FedEx or The Gardens Crematory have reached out to help the family with the proper memorial for Mrs.Anderson. The Family is now working to raise funds to soon have a memorial and create a Family Trust in the name of Mary O. Anderson.
